Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
By adding or using Willow you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.
1. Who can use Willow
You must meet Discord’s minimum age and follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you add Willow to a server, you confirm that you have the right to do so.
2. Server owners are responsible
You are responsible for how Willow is configured and used in your server, including the moderation actions your team takes, the rules you set and what members are told about the bot.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove access if you do not.
4. The service “as is”
Willow is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it online and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for a particular purpose. Features may change, move or be removed.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you post. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the features you use.
6. Protection features
Automod and anti-nuke reduce risk but cannot guarantee protection. Keep your own backups, limit admin permissions and review your logs.
7. Ending access
You can stop using Willow at any time by removing it. We may block a user or server, with or without notice, for breaking these terms, abusing the service or to protect others.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost members or lost profits arising from use of, or inability to use, Willow.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Willow after a change means you accept it.
