Willow Add to Discord

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

This policy explains what information Willow collects when you use it on Discord, why we collect it, how we protect it and what choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

1. Who we are

Willow (“Willow”, “we”, “us”) is a Discord bot that provides moderation, tickets, automod, levels, giveaways and related tools. We decide how the data described here is used, except for the content your community posts, where server owners decide how the bot is used.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the features you turn on.

3. How we use information

To provide the features you use, keep the bot secure, prevent abuse, fix bugs and understand overall usage in aggregate. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that host the bot and its database, and only to run the service. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect people from serious harm. Discord handles your account data under its own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep data

Server data is kept while Willow is in your server. If Willow is removed, we delete that server’s data within 30 days, including moderation logs and ticket transcripts, unless you delete them sooner.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data, such as restricted access and encrypted connections. No online service is perfectly secure, so please report any security issue privately by email.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email your-email@example.com with your Discord user ID or server ID. We may need to confirm you own the account or server first.

8. Children

Willow follows Discord’s minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change, and continuing to use Willow means you accept the update.
